A genuine app for Mac and Windows, with its own window. Everything is saved immediately in one file on your computer.
Dashboard
Cash balance, outstanding amounts, recent invoices, and the next VAT deadline in one overview. With a clear notification if your classification (model A, B, or C) is at risk of changing.
Book invoices
Incoming and outgoing invoices, manually, via scan, or automatically from a folder. Categorized with VAT rate and status. If the tool is uncertain, the invoice gets the label ‘To Verify’; no file is ever lost from your accounting.
Scan & Text Recognition
A photo or PDF of an invoice is read locally: supplier, amount, VAT rate, date, and company number are presented. Works with PDF, JPG, PNG, and iPhone photos (HEIC). You always confirm yourself.
VAT Return & Client Listing
Calculates quarterly the schedules and customer listings above the €250 threshold, and prepares them as PDF, CSV, and XML in the official Intervat format. Uploading and submitting is done yourself in Intervat.

Does Offacto vzw work without internet?
Yes. All data is stored locally in one file. Only functions that inherently require a network, such as sending via Peppol or a KBO lookup, establish a connection.
How do I try Offacto vzw?
