You can log in via your own online environment from any device. This way, you can easily log into Offacto from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Can I transfer my accounting data from another accounting package?
Every accounting and invoicing program works differently by default. Simply transferring your administration isn’t possible. We’d be happy to explore what’s feasible for transferring your data or build a custom solution for your business.
Who has access to my data?
Only you have full access to your data. We cannot view your information in any way. This ensures that sensitive data is always secure.
Are my data always safe and available?
Your data is always secured in a data center in Amsterdam. Thanks to our constant backups, you are also guaranteed no data loss.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel at any time before your subscription renewal date. Subscriptions are renewed only on the expiry date, but you can always pause them in advance.
Do you offer a free trial period?
You can test for 14 days free of charge and without any obligation to purchase. After that, you automatically switch to our free account, allowing you to continue using limited features and retain all your data.
